MARINA

The 5Knots marina is conveniently located in the Heart of Metung on the Gippsland Lakes.  It sits adjacent to the 5 Knots boutique apartments and has been recently refurbished to include a new marina office, 30 berths with individual Power, Water and Lighting bollards, security gates and cameras with web access which allows live streaming.

SERVICES

A variety of supporting services are available from the 5Knots Marina including boat broking, cleaning, minor repairs, minor servicing and boat provisioning.

LETTING

A number of private boats also occupy berths on Long and Short term letting arrangements.  We have a range of short term letting arrangements available.

Outside Large – $1100.00 inc GST per Quarter.

Inside Large – $1500.00 inc GST per Quarter.

Inside Small – $750 inc GST per Quarter.

BERTH SALES

The 5 Knots marina is one of the few marinas on the Gippsland Lakes to be able to offer long term security in the way of a 20 Year marina agreement.  A limited number of berths remain for sale;
Outside Large berths remain – $55,000.00 inc GST for 17.5 years (term remaining)
Inside Large berths remain – $77,000.00 inc GST for 17.5 years (term remaining)
